We are using Linux workstation and complex algorithms ti annotate whole genome sequences for functional characterization.

We are using 16s amplicon sequencing analysis for bacterial identification. So far we have identified 200 unculturbale bacterial taxa of buffalo gut.

Our laboratory is Pakistan's first Probiotic laboratory fully equipped with experimental and computational analysis.

We have isolated 100 strains and tested more than 500 strains for probiotics potential. Best probiotics will be selected after al tests.
